Stachys Neil E. Espino
District Governor
AY 2025-2026
Today’s launching of the Kiwanis Philippine Luzon District Website creates a perfect synergy, as we are also celebrating the historic 128th Philippine Independence Day. On Independence Day, we are reminded to stand proud of our heritage. For Kiwanians, true freedom means having the power to uplift others, especially the vulnerable children in our communities.
As PLD is about to host the highly anticipated Kiwanis International Convention on June 24–27, this website is our digital hospitality mat. It introduces global Kiwanians to the heart of the Philippine Luzon District—our projects, our culture, and our burning passion for serving children.
With thousands of foreign delegates arriving in Manila for the International Convention in just a couple of weeks, the website serves as the virtual “front door” to the country.
Welcome to the Kiwanis Philippine Luzon District Portal. We are a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time.
This year marks the 111th anniversary of Kiwanis International and the 51st anniversary of the Philippine Luzon District. Our guiding theme for AY 2025-2026 is GET TOGETHER, STAY TOGETHER.
"In this modern world, digital presence is a necessity for every organization as it helps in establishing a strong brand identity, reaching a wider audience beyond geographical barriers, and providing access to information on a 24/7 basis."

Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. Since it was founded in 1915 in Detroit, Michigan, it evolved to become an international organization in 85 nations.
Motto: Serving the Children of the World
The Philippine Luzon District is among the 53 districts of Kiwanis International, now in its 51st year. With 246 clubs and 4,830 members (as of October 30, 2025), the district continues to provide impactful service projects directed at uplifting the lives of Filipino children across Luzon.

Dear Fellow Kiwanians,
It is my pleasure to introduce the Philippine Luzon District website, named the Kiwanis PLD Portal.
As we celebrate another milestone in our district, let us revisit the importance of this project.
In this modern world, digital presence is a necessity for every organization as it helps in establishing a strong brand identity, reaching a wider audience beyond geographical barriers, and providing access to information on a 24/7 basis.
Thus, having this website for our district enables us to communicate better, interact more and bring greater transparency and visibility to our mission, allowing us to attract partners, inspire volunteers, and demonstrate the tangible results of our service for Filipino children.
With our strategic approach, we envision that this website be continuously funded and improved. This is not a static project, but a vital, growing investment in the future of the Philippine Luzon District. And so I call on our dedicated Kiwanis leaders to continually support this project so that it remains as a reliable, high-performing asset that consistently meets the evolving needs of our 246 clubs and over 4,830 members.
I extend my heartfelt thanks to the visionary members of the Website Committee and all the dedicated Kiwanis volunteers whose tireless efforts and expertise powered the successful launching of our new district website.
To all of you, I share this achievement with you. This milestone is not just a technological win, it is a collective victory that reflects the spirit of cooperation, innovation, and unity that defines our district.
Mabuhay ang Philippine Luzon District!

The District Turnover ceremony marks the formal transition of leadership for the Philippine Luzon District — welcoming the incoming administration and honoring the service of outgoing district officers as Kiwanians begin a new administrative year together.
Held in September 2025, the turnover gathered district board members, lieutenant governors, club leaders, and guests in a spirit of fellowship, continuity, and renewed commitment to serving the children of the world.

The Objects of Kiwanis guide our organization. They are our values. Our beliefs. Our core. Delegates approved the six permanent Objects of Kiwanis at the 1924 Kiwanis International Convention in Denver, Colorado. They have remained unchanged through the decades.
To give primacy to the human and spiritual, rather than to the material values of life.
To encourage the daily living of the Golden Rule in all human relationships.
To promote the adoption and the application of higher social, business and professional standards.
To develop, by precept and example, a more intelligent, aggressive and serviceable citizenship.
To provide, through Kiwanis clubs, a practical means to form enduring friendships, to render altruistic service and to build better communities.
To cooperate in creating and maintaining that sound public opinion and high idealism which make possible the increase of righteousness, justice, patriotism and goodwill.
Key milestones from Kiwanis International through the Philippine Luzon District’s growth and achievements.

The Philippine Luzon District envisions a future where Filipino children have the opportunity to reach their full potential, creating transformed lives and thriving communities. This is the future Kiwanis is working to build.
The mission articulates the fundamental purpose of Kiwanis membership: service to children and the community. This service is guided by:
Our theme translates into clear action for growth, unity, retention, and lasting impact.
A clear and direct call to action focused on membership growth. We actively reach out to individuals within our communities who share our passion for service and our desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children.
An encouragement to strengthen the bonds within our existing clubs and perhaps even reconnect with past members, fostering unity and fellowship.
Greater collaboration between different Kiwanis clubs within the district, Kiwanis family and partners that allows us to pool resources and amplify our impact on larger projects.
Guided by the 5+1 Model, the Philippine Luzon District strengthens clubs, empowers leaders, and delivers impactful service projects so that more Filipino children can reach their full potential.
Through strategic planning and evidence-based decision making, the district aligns its priorities with the real needs of clubs and communities.
Division leaders, committees, and clubs work together to engage members, open new clubs, and build strong Kiwanis communities.
Clubs implement projects in nutrition, mental health, and education, while the district website, e‑magazine, and podcasts share the impact with members and partners.
This year's logo embraces a simple yet powerful design. At its heart lies the Kiwanis Logo, a constant reminder of our shared identity as Kiwanians. Surrounding it, the diverse human figures in various colors symbolize our commitment to inclusivity, while their interconnectedness underscores our unity. This central gathering is encircled, representing our collective dedication to serving the children of the world. The olive leaves incorporated in the design signify our pursuit of excellence in all our actions. Predominantly gold in hue, the logo proudly commemorates the golden years of the Philippine Luzon District.
